Cap Haitien airport deal

Haitian Tourism Minister Patrick Delatour said the Government recently signed a deal with Venezuela for an international airport, Haiti’s second, in Cap-Haitien, its second-largest city.

    2. I don’t know why the take that long to do it maybe they don’t no ?for me I take flight
    Miami to Santiago because port au prince I spend to much
